Yeah, I’ve been busy recently. Sorry about that. I will try to blog more, I promise! Plus, site renewal is drawing closer, so I better get another pound ready xDD
Anyways, I’ve FINALLY gotten back into drawing and, even better, I’M FINALLY WORKING ON MY MANGA PROJECT AGAIN. Although, it’s more of an Indie Comic project now I figured. It means I can do stuff my own way rather than trying to emulate the Manga style. Which is a helluva lot nicer, let me tell you. Anyway, take a look at this:

Hopefully, more on that to come! I’ve been working on a Word document putting a batch of notes together for the past hour and a bit, so hopefully I don’t get too distracted!! Aside from that, I WILL BLOG MORE.

Hey guys,

Well, it’s just turned 6.15pm. I got in from work… 45 minutes ago? And I’ve so far succeeded in munching down a cookie, a load of biscuits and a glass of milk. Oh and apple juice. Someone explain to me why I still look stick-like. And I’m listening to Brentalfloss’ album preview advert. Soon to be followed by loads of abingdon boys school.

So, March has been progressing slowly. And by slowly, I mean snail’s pace. Not really been much happening, save the release of Final Fantasy 13. Never have I enjoyed a game this much. I’ll finish it sometime!!! …I hope ^___^ There’s also been the constant delays of BlazBlue Calamity Trigger to deal with (as if a year after the US wasn’t bad enough!), plus a few new DVDs to keep me entertained. For just THAT bit longer. All helps I guess.

I started work on a website for my media project too. Should be able to make a semi-interesting blog post regarding that at some point. Also, I will be seeing another Japanese band later in the year. Versailles will be making their debut European Tour, so I’ll be going with Mr. Josh to go and see them live. I’m looking forward to it, despite not having heard that much of their stuff. ONE DAY!!!!! I WILL CATCH UP!!!

As an ending note, I did get some veeeery interesting/exciting/awesome news last Saturday. Not able to share it just yet, but when it all starts up, I will let you know!! Until then, I bid you adieu.

IT’S BACK. BACK I TELL YOU. BACK!!
Bet you weren’t expecting that were you?

I’m sorry it’s taken so long to get the site back up and running, I’ve had a million other things going on – coursework, college work, art work, applying to university… you name it, I’ve probably done some work on it.

So whilst that’s all been happening, I’ve been slave-coding away to get this finished. As ever, some pages are still blank and much in need of some brightening up. It’s coming, honestly! I just need a long period of no-work time ^__^;

So yes, getIGNITED 3.0. The first thing you’ll notice is the new front page – picture previews, shorter post previews, live Twitter updates and direct links to active Voice Acting projects. S’all good. The footer has also been updated to allow faster access to new blog posts.

Various other changes have been made, but I’ll let you find them yourselves! One specific new feature is the inclusion of Gravatars and Replies on the blog. If you want a personalised Avatar whenever you post a comment, head over to www.gravatar.com and pick one up. They’re very cool and work with a variety of websites! Direct replying to comments is also enabled, just click the snazzy button under the post you wish to reply too.

I’ll leave you to explore for a while, I have more work to crack on with (ironicly enough).

Well, the big day is tomorrow. Update time! The site will be down for a little while as I finish off the new look and make some minor adjustments with a live test. Hopefully won’t take too long!

And a full MCM Expo write up will be coming shortly too!

Finally got round to picking up an iPhone 3GS. Expect a variety of new blog posts from me while I’m on the move from now on!

Well, I’ve done my last ever update to the version 2.0 theme – the background for this is fixed again (that was my fault, I was playing around with the layout on here and switched it over.. forgetting all of my original dimensions and stuff >__<. Whoops!). The other minor update is changing the date setting which I have been meaning to do for ever. Posts no longer lose their date when posted on the same day as another one. Huzzah!

As I say, these are the last updates to this layout. After this, it's going to be sitting on my harddrive while 3.0 – Burning Soul (that’s right, it has a code name!) get’s installed. I can’t wait.

Yup, site’s back up and working again. In case you’re wondering about the downtime, I had to prepare some new code for the blog which went relatively smoothly. Still, some minor edits may be needed, which you good people can help me with when the time comes!
The other reason for the brief closing was because I had to pay for the site to stay up, and I had forgotten about it >__<. However, payment is all sorted and the sites back up. Progress is being made towards the new site layout which shall be going up in about 17-30 days. Depends when the bank decide to give me their ‘birthday present’ (a new bank card xD).

In the mean time, you haven’t missed much! Sixth form started up again, so I’ve been back there for the week.

I also taught myself Hiragana in a week, which I was overly happy with. I’m writing quite nicely, and can mostly memorise all the symbols in about 10 minutes! Now I just need to learn some words and vocabulary rules!

OH! And I also got my Wacom tablet at last! Found a nice cheap one, and have been practicing with that for a while. Getting slowly better :)
Which means artwork WILL BE COMING SOON! :D

That’s essentially my past few weeks in a nutshell. Now to head off to work, and when I return, attempt to make a start on finalizing the new layout. Catch ya soon!

Well, got to love how well I’m doing with the whole blogging thing at the moment. Nice and up to date ^___^ Or not, as the case may be!

I’ve been very busy this week, having a huge room clean out. I almost don’t recognize it now! Found some old “artifacts” that I thought I had lost, which is always nice, and gave my old Transformers a new home. Only a few bits left to do.

Alongside that, I’ve been playing the demo for Batman: Arkham Asylum on the PS3 almost repetitively. What a great game! Never have I enjoyed hanging upside down from gargoyles and then swooping down to capture a thug and leave them hanging upside down from said gargoyle… before cutting the rope and dropping them on their partners. Could become a habit :3

Also, I finally went to the BFI IMAX in London last week to watch Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. Very enjoyable. What a screen! It’s great to be able to spot things you never saw upon the first watching, especially with a screen as large as that. Great fun :D

Last night was the first of FUNimation’s Soul Eater cast announcement nights. All of us waiting for the announcement at 5pm (11pm over here) managed to refresh the page so much in the first 5 minutes that we broke the guys computer… leaving us waiting until 6pm (midnight over here!). Fortunately, I had The Dark Knight on Blu-Ray to keep me company.

I’m still hard at work with the redesign – I keep changing my mind whenever I think I have a good idea. However, I have a new one, and it’s a biggie. So HOPEFULLY, HOPEFULLY it won’t change at the last minute. We’ll see how it goes. Maybe even some HTML 5 love if I can work it out fast enough ^^

Right, I’m starting some blogs on my recent purchases and such. These will be sprouting up every so often, and will contain a few of the things I’ve bought. I’m just trying to test WordPress to see if there’s any way I can condense these posts only without making me have to go back and change my older ones.

Any suggestions people are willing to make? I might start up a purchase style blog, where I’ll post up and semi-review some of the stuff I purchase. Other than that, I’m not too sure.
